I have been working in the fitness field since 1981 providing fitness appraisals, personalized programs, triathlon and marathon coaching, private and group Pilates classes, corporate and nutritional consultations. I am certified in all of these areas, and take pride in staying abreast of new developments through conferences, workshops, and professional readings.
